Cuiablue OÜ is an Estonian SME founded in 2021, with the mission of creating diverse, cross-sectoral cooperative European networks to generate positive change though innovation. We achieve this through
the application of practical, targeted, sustainable approaches to European issues that achieve positive societal change at all levels. Cuiablue OÜ’s core activities are the design, development, management, implementation and widespread dissemination and exploitation of social innovation and research projects and programmes.

An underlying tenet of Cuiablue OÜ’s philosophy is to promote Estonia’s innovations, strengths, history and culture within European collaborative networks. We work to celebrate and improve Europe, whilst promoting and elevating Estonia’s standing within it. We aim to generate positive social impact in the fields of adult education, lifelong learning, vocational education and training whilst also fostering empowerment among youths, the elderly and marginalised communities, whilst addressing key national and European priorities.
