The fifth international meeting of the ACT NEW HOME Project was held in Athens, the capital of Greece, on March 19-20.

Four Elements from Greece, one of the project partners, hosted the meeting. In this meeting, the institutions that piloted the active citizenship e-learning module for asylum seekers and refugees, Marmara University, Başkent Public Education Center, Kadıköy Public Education Center, FAJUB and pisties solidaires, shared their data and impressions from the implementation with other partners.

FOpinions were exchanged for necessary changes. Participants from Başkent Public Education Center informed the other partners about the dissemination activities carried out since the beginning of the project until now.

They explained the details about the multiplier event they will organize in June. They presented the draft program to the partners. Other partners who will organize the multiplier event are FAJUB, pisties solidaires, Four Elements, Cuiablue, scout society. It was emphasized that it is important for all partners to have a productive meeting. It was decided to use a standardized evaluation form at the end of the event.

On the second day of the meeting, scout society from Romania made a presentation about quality control. They also shared their views on the sustainability of the project and the updating of the modules. Finally, the project coordinator announced the necessary preparations for the financial report and evidence. The meeting ended after the certificate of participation was given to the participants by Four Elements
