Marmara University, one of the oldest universities in Turkey, was founded in 1883. Marmara University operates in 8 campuses scattered on the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul. Our university has 16 faculties, 11 institutes, 3 colleges and 4 vocational schools. In our academic units, education is
provided in five languages including Turkish, English, French, German and Arabic.
