Four Elements is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation, active at local, national, and international level, and certified both by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health for its actions.

The headquarters of Four Elements are based in Athens, while maintaining operational offices and facilities in 7 major locations all over Greece to effectively address local challenges and ensure wide participation in foreseen activities.
